Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking Board Certified Neonatologists to join our collaborative and high-performing team on a per diem basis at Southeast Health and Flowers Hospital in Dothan, AL. Your Role at a Glance\n

• Staffing Model: 2 Neonatologists and 3 NNPs\n
  \n
  • NNPs cover day shifts 7 days/week and 2 night shifts
  \n
\n
• Flexible Scheduling: Pick up shifts when they work for you!

• Facility Details:\n
  \n
  • 18-bed Level III NICU at Southeast Health and Level II NICU at Flowers Hospital
  \n
  • 30 LDRP beds and 20-bed Newborn Nursery at Southeast Health
  \n
  • NICU ADC: 11 at Southeast Health and 2-3 at Flowers
  \n
  • Regional transport team staffed by RNs and RTs
  \n

Qualifications:\n

\n
• Active AL license or IMLC license preferred
\n
• Board Certification in Neonatology required
\n
• A minimum of 1-year post-fellowship clinical experience required
\n
• Recent Neonatologist experience required (within the past 12 months)
\n

Benefits and Compensation:\n

Pediatrix does cover your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.

We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position.

\n
