Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative

POSITION OVERVIEW

Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative – Remote Work‑at‑Home, Canada. MCI is a technology‑enabled business services company that provides Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and cloud technology services across multiple industries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. Assist with inquiries, complaints, and service‑related issues. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Document customer interactions and feedback in the system. Follow company procedures and, when necessary, escalate complex issues.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service or call center experience preferred. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The position requires a largely sedentary work environment, involving frequent use of a computer, telephone headset, and other office equipment. The employee may need to move around the office, reach in various directions, and lift or move objects of up to forty (40) pounds.
