Director of Business Intelligence

To lead the enterprise business intelligence strategy and analytics delivery, the full-time salaried Director of Business Intelligence will manage reporting capabilities and drive data-driven decision-making in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the enterprise Business Intelligence strategy aligned with organizational objectives Lead the development of advanced reporting, dashboards, and predictive models to support strategic decision-making Oversee the adoption of Agentic AI and next-generation analytics technologies to enhance operational efficiency Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Engineering, with 4+ years in a leadership role Experience with modern BI platforms such as Tableau and Power BI Strong proficiency in SQL Server and relational databases Experience in implementing AI-enabled analytics solutions is strongly preferred
