Area Sales Manager - Los Angeles / Orange County

As we continue to grow, TSL Brands is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Area Sales Manager to grow our portfolio across Los Angeles and Orange County. This is a field-based role for someone who knows the market, enjoys building brands account by account, and has a proven track record in spirits sales. About the Role You’ll be responsible for managing and growing a territory of on- and off-premise accounts, working closely with distributor partners and the TSL Brands team to secure placements, execute programs, and drive sustainable sales growth. This is a hands‑on role with real ownership of your market. What You’ll Do Manage and grow a book of on- and off-premise accounts across Los Angeles and Orange County Build strong relationships with buyers, bartenders, retailers, and distributor teams Open new accounts and expand distribution across the TSL Brands portfolio Execute tastings, staff trainings, menu placements, displays, and in-store activations Partner with distributor sales teams to drive focus and execution Meet monthly account acquisition, retention, and sales goals across both on- and off-premise channels Track activity, opportunities, and results while providing regular market feedback Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of spirits sales experience (REQUIRED) Previous spirits supplier or distributor experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of the Los Angeles and Orange County market Experience using VIP and KARMA sales reporting systems Proven ability to consistently achieve account opening, distribution, and sales goals Excellent relationship-building and communication skills Highly organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why TSL Brands TSL Brands represents a curated portfolio of premium brands through one fully staffed sales organization, giving distributors and retailers a higher‑value, more efficient partner.
