Job Summary
Leads daytoday activation of DS&O's operating system. Translates goals into quarterly plans and work packages, runs the business rhythm for assigned areas, engineers and rolls out processes, and drives crossfunctional execution to measurable outcomes. Serves as the engagement lead for specific initiatives and processes, ensuring clarity, speed, and followthrough

Responsibilities

Stewarding and Operationalizing DIO's Strategy

• Build quarterly/annual plans and Goals | KPI packages from strategic DIO priorities; align owners, milestones, and measures

• Prepare and run reviews (content, insights, risk flags); maintain the integrated tracker for assigned scope

• Partner with D&A to specify reporting needs; validate data quality and drive actions from insights

Engineering EndtoEnd Processes

• Map current state, analyze gaps, and draft futurestate designs and requirements for priority processes

• Pilot, enable, and roll out processes; document "what good looks like," guard standards, and gather feedback to refine

• Define processlevel KPIs/ROI and operate the closedloop-measure, learn, and improve

Driving Operationalization of Major Initiatives & Crossfunctional Programs

• Convert initiatives into structured work plans with scope, deliverables, owners, and timelines; manage sequencing and interlocks

• Run the governance cadence (agendas, materials, decisions, followthrough) and keep a single view of risks and dependencies

• Ensure initiative activation across impacted teams-expectations clear, decisions timely, issues escalated early

Track Budget, SG&A, and OPM Performance

• Operate the daytoday drumbeat for assigned cost/efficiency projects; track benefits, quantify variances, and propose corrective actions

• Partner with Finance/Procurement on data pulls, spend analyses, and opportunities to optimize

• Surface risks early and drive ownerlevel accountability to hit targets

Qualifications

Given the scale and complexity of Equinix's digital infrastructure business, the Ditital Strategy & Operations, should possess a strong understanding of:

• 4-6 years in strategy/operations/PMO or consulting with handson experience in process design, program execution, and performance management

• Working knowledge of enterprise technology stacks and data practices; comfortable specifying reporting needs and using AIenabled tooling to streamline operations

• Experience coordinating multiteam initiatives and partnering with Finance/Procurement on cost and performance levers

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 118,000 - 176,000 USD / Annual

Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 112,000 - 162,000 CAD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
