Administrative & Client Coordinator

We are hiring TWO Administrative & Client Coordinators to join our Eatontown, NJ office. Lion-Heart Advisors is a relationship-first advisory firm. We are looking for sharp, organized administrative professionals who can keep our office running, support our team, and serve as a point of contact for our clients. This is primarily an administrative role with a client-facing component. If you thrive on organization, love a fast-moving environment, and can handle confidential information with professionalism, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Manage day-to-day office administration — scheduling, correspondence, filing, record-keeping, and data entry Support leadership with calendar management, meeting coordination, and internal communications Prepare reports, documents, and client-facing materials using Microsoft Office Serve as a point of contact for assigned clients — fielding inquiries and keeping them informed Act as a liaison between clients and our warehouse/operations teams Use SPS Commerce to manage EDI and data workflows on behalf of clients Coordinate across internal platforms to track orders and communicate status Handle all business and client information with strict confidentiality What We're Looking For Proven administrative experience — scheduling, data entry, documentation, office coordination Professional communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable in a fast-paced environment working across office and warehouse teams High discretion with confidential business and client information Experience in clothing, apparel, or fashion retail (store ops, buying, wholesale, or brand accounts) Background in customer service or client relationship management Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or 3PL operations #J-18808-Ljbffr Lion-Heart
