Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing established diagnostic criteria to inform treatment plans.

• Design and implement personalized therapy plans that integrate various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions that enable clients to explore their challenges and develop healthy coping strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based methods to track client progress and adapt treatment approaches as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans within our electronic medical records system.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and continuing education initiatives to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and adjustment disorders. Our clients include individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and life stages. A commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity when delivering care is essential for fostering positive therapeutic relationships and achieving client goals.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• At least two years of clinical experience providing therapeutic services in a relevant setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate strong therapeutic alliances and effective collaboration with clients.

• Experience utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems to document client interactions is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
