Description - What You Will Contribute

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory analyseschemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondfollowing established protocols.
• Review and interpret results for precision, diagnose discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for evaluation as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous records of all procedures, mentor new staff members or interns, and ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards.
• Uphold a clutter-free, safe workspace while strictly adhering to regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain valid certification for the duration of your employment.
