Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate client needs using standardized screening tools and clinical judgment.

• Gather pertinent information to facilitate accurate diagnoses, including mental status exams, functional impairments, and assessments of behavioral health, trauma history, and substance use issues.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific mental health concerns and goals.

• Utilize culturally competent and trauma-informed approaches in therapy sessions, ensuring all clients feel respected and understood.

• Facilitate connections to vital community resources and support systems, aiding clients in prioritizing their needs and enhancing their access to care.

• Maintain detailed documentation for all clinical interventions, client progress, and administrative tasks, ensuring adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The position serves a broad patient demographic, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
