What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and manage corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and strategic collaborations
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners and funding opportunities
- Research industry trends, company developments, and emerging partnership opportunities
- Create proposals, sponsorship packages, grant submissions, and executive presentations
- Manage partnership activities from prospecting through stewardship, reporting, and reconciliation
- Maintain Salesforce records, reporting systems, and partnership documentation
- Support conference planning and partner engagement activities
About You
- 5+ years of partnership development, business development, fundraising, or account management experience
- Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or nonprofit organizations required
- Strong project management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent presentation, communication, and proposal-writing abilities
