Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and needs, providing a foundation for tailored treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to create and implement individualized treatment strategies, ensuring that therapy aligns with their personal goals and therapeutic milestones.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in both individual and group settings.

• Regularly monitor client progress, document therapy sessions, and adapt treatment plans in response to clients' evolving needs.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and case managers to ensure comprehensive care and treatment continuity for clients.

• Advocate for clients' rights within the healthcare system, helping them access mental health services and community resources that support their well-being.

• Maintain the highest level of ethical standards and confidentiality as required by state regulations and professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
