Focus on Law—Not Administrative Work

This fully remote employment litigation opportunity is designed for attorneys who want meaningful litigation responsibility without the burnout and traditional constraints often associated with law-firm practice.

The firm operates on an AI-native model, with artificial intelligence and technology built into the foundation of its practice. Attorneys also receive substantial operational support. Each attorney works with a dedicated paralegal and client experience specialist, allowing the attorney to focus on the substantive work of practicing law.

 

What They're Looking For

• Candidates should bring a strong litigation background and meaningful settlement experience. You should be able to speak specifically about your settlement history, including settlement amounts and associated fees.
• Employment class-action experience is welcome, provided you have a strong litigation foundation and are comfortable handling single-plaintiff matters.
• Five or more years of employment litigation experience is preferred, although exceptional candidates with fewer than five years will be considered.

 

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $140,000–$300,000+
• Performance-based bonus structure with uncapped earning potential.
• Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and tech allowance.
