Our clinic operates daily from 7 am to 10 pm, providing ample opportunities for client engagement.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring evidence-based practices are at the heart of each interaction.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, while adhering to best practices in documentation and confidentiality.

• Actively engage in inter-professional collaborations with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care outcomes.

• Participate in regular supervision and professional training, contributing to your own growth and that of the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients facing various challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Our client base predominantly consists of individuals seeking meaningful change through effective mental health interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) designation in the state of Illinois is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, ideally within a clinical environment.
