Bookkeeper / Customer Service RepresentativeExpress is hiring a Bookkeeper / Customer Service Representative for a local mechanic shop in Oregon, WI. This position plays a critical role in keeping the office organized and helping daily operations run smoothly in a fast-paced truck and equipment repair facility.Responsibilities include bookkeeping and preparing records for the accountant, tracking cores and returns, processing customer payments, tracking expenses, assisting with budgeting, reconciling accounts, managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and providing excellent customer service. This individual will also assist with general office operations and help wherever needed within the office of the busy shop.Requirements:Be highly organized and detail orientedHigh moral standards, and wants to do what is right.
