The role is performed primarily from a remote setting, providing you the flexibility to deliver exceptional mental health care in a comfortable environment. Our practice operates during regular business hours, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a structured schedule that promotes work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, identifying the severity and duration of their symptoms.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with your clients, setting specific objectives and outlining tailored interventions.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while adapting techniques based on individual client needs.

• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care, sharing insights that enhance comprehensive support for clients.

• Documentation of client interactions and treatment plans must adhere to ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work closely with a diverse clientele, primarily individuals grappling with mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is essential.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Tennessee.

• Proficient in evidence-based treatment approaches, particularly CBT and DBT, with a deep understanding of their application in mood disorder settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
