Senior Vice President, Market Access

Tango Therapeutics seeks a Senior Vice President of Market Access to build and lead a comprehensive market access organization supporting the company's transition to a fully commercial oncology biotech. This executive will architect pricing strategies, health economics frameworks, patient services, and global access initiatives across a pipeline of precision medicine oral therapies.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale a fully integrated market access organization supporting multiple oral oncology product launches
• Lead and mentor teams across global value, health economics, patient services, payer strategy, and trade operations
• Direct development of evidence-based HEOR strategies and health technology assessment narratives for global payers
• Formulate pricing frameworks, gross-to-net strategies, and contracting approaches across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid segments
• Serve as strategic authority on healthcare policy developments and advise corporate leadership on risk mitigation

Requirements

• Proven executive leadership experience building market access functions at biotech or pharmaceutical companies
• Deep expertise in pricing strategy, health economics, and payer negotiations for oncology or specialty pharmaceuticals
• Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor high-performing cross-functional leadership teams
• Strong knowledge of evolving healthcare policy, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and PBM landscapes
• Track record of designing global access strategies integrating U.S. and international markets
• Experience with health technology assessments and evidence-based value proposition development
