We are looking for a qualified Marketing Specialist to join our team.Principle Accountabilities:Obtain a thorough understanding of our products, internal standards, and differentiators to develop strategies aimed at increasing effective communications and brand awarenessDocument process procedures and process flow, recommending any changes to make process more efficientCollaborate with other internal teams (e.g. sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiativesDevelop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are metConsult with advertising agencies or staff to arrange promotional campaigns in all types of media for products, organizations, or individuals.Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediumsOrganize and deploy activities such as Trade ShowsManage and Create Content for Internal Communication on all platforms (Facebook Workplace, Digital Screens, Newsletters)Plan and conduct market and public opinion research to test products or determine potential for product success, communicating results to client or management.Create and Design engaging content for digital channels.Work with internal teams in the planning and execution of our booths at trade shows. Travel required.Education/Experience:A degree in Marketing or related field or the equivalent level of experienceKnowledge and use of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and OutlookKnowledge in design and video software (ex. Adobe)Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics toolsHigh attention to detailTrack record of managing projects and working with cross-functional teamsCompetencies/Requirements:Analytical and multitasking skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work in a fast paced, challenging environmentDemonstrated ability to prioritize workload and meet multiple deadlinesHighly motivated & energeticStrong analytical and technical aptitudeOrganizational skills, verbal & written communication skills, math skills, people skills and ability to work in a team setting #J-18808-Ljbffr
