Accounts Payable Clerk

Pay Range: $20.00 $21.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized AP Clerk to support our purchasing and accounting operations.
This position is responsible for processing vendor invoices, coordinating purchase orders, following up with vendors, maintaining purchasing records, and supporting Accounts Payable activities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with vendors, warehouse teams, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Create purchase orders and coordinate with vendors and warehouse teams.
Follow up with vendors on purchase orders, deliveries, and related issues.
Maintain purchasing records, Bills of Lading (BOLs), invoices, and related documentation.
Process vendor invoices and support Accounts Payable (AP) activities.
Coordinate with vendors, warehouse teams, and internal departments to support daily operations.
Assist with reporting and other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Professional working proficiency in both English and Chinese
Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Accounts Payable (AP), purchasing, bookkeeping, or administrative support
Experience with ERP or accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus
Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment is preferred
