Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of patients in a home care setting, evaluating their physical capabilities and formulating effective treatment plans.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques such as exercise regimens, stretching routines, manual therapy, and specialized equipment to enhance patient recovery and mobility.
• Develop personalized treatment regimens aimed at achieving specific therapeutic goals, enabling patients to regain optimal functionality.
• Document patient progress meticulously, tracking treatment effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to plans on an ongoing basis.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits
