Cabana ServerSpend your days poolside delivering exceptional hospitality in a beautiful resort setting! South Coast Winery Resort & Spa is seeking an energetic, guest-focused Cabana Server to provide outstanding food and beverage service while creating memorable experiences for our resort guests. What You'll Do: As a Cabana Server, you'll be the face of our poolside dining experience by providing friendly, attentive service in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Responsibilities include:Welcome guests and provide exceptional poolside hospitalityPresent menus, explain daily specials, and answer guest questionsTake accurate food and beverage orders, including special requestsDeliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality and presentationProcess guest payments accurately using our point-of-sale systemServe alcoholic beverages responsibly while following all state liquor lawsMaintain a clean, organized, and inviting pool deck and service areasResolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriateSupport teammates and assist with opening, closing, and side work as neededWhat We're Looking For:Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcoholic beveragesPrevious restaurant, resort, poolside, or hospitality experience preferredFood Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification required (or ability to obtain)Excellent communication and guest service skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsReliable, dependable, and team-orientedAbility to stand and walk throughout the shift and lift up to 30 poundsWhy Join South Coast Winery Resort & Spa?
