About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission-driven organization, which is dedicated to strengthening children, families, and communities. The CEO will be the chief executive and strategic leader, responsible for guiding a multi-state enterprise that delivers a range of support services. This role involves close partnership with the Board of Directors to establish and execute long-term strategic plans, ensure financial sustainability, and foster organizational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in related sectors, and a proven track record in financial management and working with diverse stakeholders. Key responsibilities for the CEO include strategic leadership, operational oversight, financial stewardship, external relations, and talent management. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with the ability to navigate complexity, build strong relationships, and inspire a culture of diversity, inclusion, and professional development. They must ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, maintain effective risk management practices, and be prepared for significant travel. The role demands a disciplined and adaptable leader who can execute strategy, ensure compliance, and respond effectively to changing environments, with a focus on the organization's mission, vision, and values.
