2027 Future Talent Program - Payer and Health Systems - Intern

A 10-12 week summer internship with the Payer and Health Systems team supporting strategic initiatives in cardiovascular care, patient access, and medical affairs. The role involves analyzing stakeholder insights, evaluating payer policies, and developing recommendations for organizational leadership.
Responsibilities
- Support development and refinement of health system and payer insight-gathering priorities
- Analyze and summarize stakeholder insights, identifying trends across general medicine portfolio
- Evaluate payer policy, reimbursement, and regulatory developments affecting cardiovascular care
- Contribute to field engagement planning resources and internal training materials
- Develop and present project findings with recommendations to PHS leadership
Requirements
- Currently pursuing PharmD, MD, DNP, or doctoral-level clinical/health sciences degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
Compensation: $39,908 - $111,111
