Responsibilities:
Deliver professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process, evidence-based practice, and organizational standards.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and apply critical thinking in care planning and delivery.
Monitor telemetry patients, manage cardiac drips, ventilators, and complex medical conditions.
Provide compassionate, relationship-centered care to patients and families.
Respect patient values, preferences, cultural diversity, and individual needs.
Document care accurately in the electronic medical record (EPIC preferred).
Maintain professional conduct and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Engage in continuous learning and professional development.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of RN experience
At least 2 years of Telemetry experience
Med-Surg experience required
1 year of travel RN experience (required for travel roles)
Experience with telemetry monitoring, ventilators, and cardiac patients
EPIC EMR experience strongly preferred

Education:
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
BSN preferred (or active enrollment in a BSN program)
