Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to inform treatment planning.

• Work individually with clients to create tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique goals, needs, and cultural backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) across various settings including individual, couples, and group sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services, addressing acute patient needs swiftly and effectively, while collaborating with healthcare providers for a continuity of care.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment goals, and discharge summaries, adhering to our clinic’s strict compliance regulations.

• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with skills to manage their mental health more effectively.

• Engage in regular consultations with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Evaluate treatment effectiveness through regular outcome assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on data-driven insights.

• Stay current with research, trends, and best practices in mental health, ensuring your clinical practice reflects the latest evidence-based strategies.

• Uphold ethical guidelines, safeguarding patient confidentiality and rights at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patient population we serve consists of individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida.

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
