Program Support Specialist

Role Description

Iron Will Ventures, Inc. (IWV) is seeking a Program Support Specialist to provide research, coordination, and administrative support across program operations. This is a broad, hands-on role for a resourceful generalist who is comfortable being handed an open question — find the vendor, track down the requirement, pull the information together, organize the file — and returning with a clear, usable answer. The position supports program leadership across recruiting, records, vendor and travel coordination, document preparation, and general business administration. This is a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Research & Information Support
  • Compile information from multiple sources into clean, organized summaries, spreadsheets, and reference files
• Administrative Coordination
  • Maintain organized electronic files, records, and shared document libraries
  • Prepare, format, and proofread letters, forms, spreadsheets, and presentation materials
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and scheduling across distributed teams
  • Arrange program travel; assemble travel documentation and expense reports
  • Track action items, deadlines, and recurring administrative tasks to completion
• Business Administration
  • Provide general administrative support to program leadership as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree
• Five (5) or more years of experience in office management, business operations, human resources, or administrative support
• Strong internet research skills and the ability to locate, verify, and organize information from multiple sources
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and close attention to detail
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage competing priorities without close supervision
