What You'll Be Doing:

Facilitate onboarding for new hires
Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews
Coordinate background checks and pre-employment screenings
Source and schedule clinics for onboarding needs across the country
Assist recruiters with administrative tasks and candidate communications
Prepare orientation packets and benefit guides

Tools You'll Use:

Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Adobe Sign
Various vendor portals

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of administrative or customer service experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple software systems
Professional and polite communication style

Pay: $22-$26 an hour, depending on experience
