Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a clinical expert providing support to clients facing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both in office settings and community environments.

• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, providing immediate assessment and intervention strategies to help stabilize clients in distress.
\n
• Conduct thorough, evidence-based screenings and coordinate detailed assessments when necessary, ensuring clients receive tailored care plans.
\n
• Create and implement integrated care plans that focus on clients’ goals, ensuring they have access to necessary services, alongside families and other providers.

• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, advancements, and progress in client care, driving overall team objectives forward.

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with all ethical and professional standards.

• Be proactive in identifying and mitigating unsafe situations for clients and colleagues, fostering an environment centered on safety and well-being.

• Conduct psychotherapy sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy, with a focus on core presenting issues identified by the clients.

• Collaborate with community resources to refer clients for supplemental services that enhance overall care and recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse population facing significant mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and severe emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n
