LTL Sales Representative

Job Description
We are partnering with an established and growing 3pl brokerage to add a Specialized LTL Sales Executive to their growing Sales team.
\n \nCompensation: $70k - $90k base + commission
\nLocation: Remote - ideally located in the NE region of the US (for desired territory coverage)
\nFull medical benefits and 401k
\n \nResponsibilities:
\n- \n
- Meet and exceed sales targets \n
- Successfully grow new business from prospecting to close \n
- Build relationships with new shipper clients and communicate the value of their LTL freight services \n
- Participate in new RFP bids \n
Requirements:
\n- \n
- 4+ years of 3pl brokerage Customer Sales experience \n
- Proven ability to build a book of business generating $1M in revenue in year 1 \n
- Strong communication, negotiation, and B2B relationship building skills \n
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota \n
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting \n
