We invest in your personal and professional growth because we know that when our people succeed, we all succeed.What you will do:Work closely with Project Managers and construction staff to ensure accurate job cost coding of invoices, purchase orders, and subcontractor expensesProcess a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficientlyRoute invoice for approval and follow up and outstanding approvalsPrepare and process weekly payment runs, including ACH, check, and wire transfersReconcile vendor statements and promptly resolve discrepanciesMaintain up-to-date vendor records, W-9s, lien waivers, and other required documentationSupport the ongoing monitoring and maintenance of project budgetsMonitor accounts payable aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices to ensure timely resolutionCommunicate with clients, general contractors, and internal teams regarding invoice questions or discrepanciesEnsure compliance with internal controls and company policiesAssist with other accounting and administrative tasks as directed2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in accounts payable in the construction industryBachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentPreferred Sage 300, Avid Pay, Titanium, & Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical and organizational skillsClear verbal and written communication skillsAuthorized to work in the United StatesIf you are looking for your next challenge, then this is your chance to join our team of exceptionally talented, creative, and innovative professionals. Clinton oversees our diverse portfolio of moderate-income housing, luxury apartments, commercial, and retail propertiesSalary Range:$60,000-$75,000 AnnualThe pay range for this role is $60,000 to $75,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
