What You Will Be Doing

• Design Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and create individualized therapy strategies to help them meet their personal functional objectives.

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in unison with other therapists, physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary colleagues to provide comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families on therapeutic practices to ensure continued advancement outside clinical settings.
• Monitor Progress and Adapt Treatment: Document patient developments meticulously and adapt treatment plans as necessary to keep patients progressing forward.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continuing education and post-graduate certifications encouraged and financially supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is essential
