Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, identifying their mental health needs and crafting personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, integrating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy for individuals, groups, and families.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure holistic care and consistent support for clients.

• Respond to crises effectively, offering interventions for clients in acute distress or emergency situations, applying best practices in crisis management.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
