Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be expected to perform a range of essential tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify the needs and concerns of patients.

• Diagnosing and treating various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders through evidence-based therapy techniques.

• Developing and modifying personalized care plans in response to evolving patient conditions.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary treatment teams to create robust discharge plans that facilitate seamless transitions for clients.

• Referring clients to external services such as community programs, support groups, and psychiatric evaluations to enhance their mental health journey.

• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of patient interactions, assessments, and treatment progress.

• Providing crisis intervention and supportive counseling tailored to individual and family needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Elevance Counseling, you will work closely with a diverse range of clients suffering from various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Elevance Counseling LLC offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually. In addition to a solid base salary, we provide a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 as a welcoming gesture for our new team members. Other benefits include:
