This position operates within a predominantly remote framework, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with our team and patients. The role offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet the varied needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments by employing culturally sensitive techniques to understand the unique experiences of patients, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• Robust understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapies, with a strong emphasis on cultural competence.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy using inclusive approaches that respect and honor varied cultural backgrounds.

• Solid crisis intervention capabilities and proficiency in managing emergency mental health situations calmly and effectively.
