Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' trauma histories and identify appropriate treatment strategies.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique journey toward recovery and resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing and growth.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, fostering an environment for patients to process their trauma, develop coping mechanisms, and help each other heal.

• Engage with psychiatrists and other professionals as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic and coordinated care for our patients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
