Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing therapists the flexibility to deliver counseling services from their preferred locations. Although our outpatient psychiatric office operates primarily through virtual means, all clinicians maintain a strong collaborative spirit, participating in regular team meetings and case consultations to ensure comprehensive care. The position has a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to assess client needs, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Provide evidence-based therapy interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy techniques, for individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational and therapeutic support groups designed to create a sense of community and address frequent mental health challenges.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists and psychologists, to create a cohesive and coordinated care experience for all clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services, demonstrating a strong ability to support individuals during acute mental health emergencies.

• Provide educational resources to patients regarding their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources.
\n
• Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage actively in ongoing professional development and case discussions to remain current with advancements and best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatments and modalities.

• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive mental health assessments and create effective treatment plans.

• Experience delivering therapy to diverse populations, with proficiency in both individual and group formats.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
