Key Responsibilities\n

• Respond to client inquiries and requests for assistance in managing their mental health, including evaluating their needs and facilitating appropriate care options.

• Conduct comprehensive screenings, assessments, and triages for clients referred from various sources, including community organizations and health providers, to determine the most effective treatment interventions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address each client's specific needs and conduct psychoeducational and group therapy sessions for skill development.

• Manage patient care by providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention strategies, ensuring that clients feel safe and supported during their therapeutic journey.

• Document all interactions and findings diligently in the client's health record to ensure continuity of care and compliance with both corporate and governmental regulations.

• Facilitate ongoing training for new staff members related to mental health issues, promoting an understanding of best practices and treatment methodologies.

• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, contributing insights and recommendations regarding client progress and departmental improvements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT role primarily focuses on supporting adult clients within the community who may be struggling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our approach emphasizes client engagement and empowerment, with a focus on holistic treatment that addresses the unique circumstances of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.

• Current and valid Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California is mandatory.

• Demonstrated experience in a clinical setting, particularly with diverse populations, is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
