Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and identify specific care needs.

You will work with a diverse population at Mercy Vale, addressing a range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse disorders, and various eating disorders. Our patients come from varied backgrounds, each with unique experiences and challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Currently licensed as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• At least four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a deep understanding of various mental health disorders.

• Proficient in evidence-based therapy techniques, with an emphasis on culturally responsive practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of forging strong relationships with clients and coworkers.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
