The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, processing service requests, resolving billing concerns, and educating customers on water services and company policies. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Answer incoming calls, emails, and in-person customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.

Experienced in office administration and supporting daily business operations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of business operations and administrative processes.
