Your Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of routine and advanced laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, and immunologyfollowing established guidelines.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as needed.
• Record all procedures with precision, serve as a resource for new team members or students, and uphold the highest laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe workplace while following regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health field along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within the first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure.
