Manager Digital Product

Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Product Manager to join the Signify Health team to help realize the product vision to help move care homeward for all. This role will lead the data governance strategy for our data warehouse and analytics environment, focusing on the platform capabilities that make data discoverable, trusted, and well-managed.

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our data governance platform.
• Establish cataloging, lineage, data quality standards, and policy enforcement capabilities.
• Work intimately with cross-functional teams including data engineering, software engineering, business intelligence, and various business stakeholders.
• Translate governance needs into robust, scalable, and user-friendly platform capabilities.
• Drive adoption, unlock trusted insights, and strengthen organizational confidence in our data.
• Report to our Senior Manager, Digital Product, within the technology organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years professional experience including 4 or more years specifically in product-based roles, with a significant focus on data products or platforms.
• Proven experience defining and executing a data governance strategy.
• Strong understanding of data governance concepts and practices.
• Experience with data governance and analytics platforms (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Informatica Axon, Databricks Unity Catalog, or similar).
• Proficiency in SQL, plus fluency reading data models, metadata, and lineage representations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive platform adoption across data producers, stewards, and consumers.
• Demonstrated ability to define and track success metrics for governance work.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Prior healthcare technology experience.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability, standard data exchange formats such as HL7, FHIR, C-CDA.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and HITRUST in a data governance context.
• Snowflake experience.
• Working knowledge of dbt or comparable transformation tooling.
• AI/ML experience, experience leveraging AI tools for automation.
• Familiarity with ETL and data integration in the context of governed data pipelines.
• Experience taking a governance platform from pilot to scaled adoption.

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
• Master's degree preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $83,430.00 - $222,480.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
