Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth evaluations of patients to assess their conditions, functional capabilities, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans with specific goals to enhance mobility and function.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for approximately 7 patients per day, adjusting treatment strategies based on patient progress.
• Utilize evidence-based rehabilitation techniques and modalities such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and home exercise programs to promote long-term success and recovery.
• Document treatment outcomes and maintain accurate records to monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, advocating for patients' needs and adjusting plans as conditions evolve.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits
