Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions through secure video platforms, ensuring a safe environment for clients to share their experiences.

• Employ evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that detail specific objectives, interventions, and expected progress.

• Facilitate client insight and awareness by guiding discussions around experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships.

• Regularly monitor client progress against established treatment plans and adapt strategies as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults presenting a wide range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, and life stressors. Your focus will be on helping these clients enhance their quality of life by providing empathetic support and professional guidance.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice independently in one of the following areas: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• No limited or provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary action against your license.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills along with a sympathetic and client-centered approach.
\n
• Strong proficiency with technology and a commitment to using digital tools effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience providing mental health counseling. Experience working in telehealth is a plus, as is familiarity with various therapeutic interventions and modalities. Commitment to continuous professional development and learning is encouraged.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually , depending on the hours worked and your qualifications. Additional benefits include:
