Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical needs and establish comprehensive treatment plans aimed at recovery from injuries, diseases, or post-surgery rehabilitation.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise regimens, hands-on manual therapy, and specialized equipment designed to alleviate pain and enhance patient mobility.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously through accurate documentation of treatments and responses, adjusting therapeutic goals and plans as necessary to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license for Physical Therapy in New Jersey.

• Proficient in word processing and computer use, particularly regarding patient management software and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits
