Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and needs upon entering the rehabilitation process.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to address specific rehabilitation goals.
• Implement and monitor treatment interventions, adjusting plans as necessary to promote optimal recovery and mobility. This may include using specialized equipment to facilitate patient progress.
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and self-care strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their rehabilitation journey.
• Document patient assessments, treatment progress, and outcomes in accordance with the clinic's standards, ensuring compliance with professional and legal regulations.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
