Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and other health conditions, customizing approaches based on individual patient needs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that integrate exercise, manual therapy techniques, and assistive devices, aimed at promoting mobility and alleviating pain.
• Document patient treatments, responses, and progress meticulously to ensure accurate tracking and effective communication within the healthcare team.
• Reassess patient progress regularly, setting and redefining therapeutic goals to adapt treatment plans effectively as per patient feedback and results.
• Train patients, caregivers, and family members on the use of assistive devices and effective physical therapy techniques to foster an understanding of treatment protocols.
• Maintain and enhance your professional knowledge through ongoing education and active participation in professional workshops and societies.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits
