Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate and determine patients' functional abilities and limitations.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating various physiotherapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques and soft tissue mobilization to alleviate pain and promote healing.
• Educate patients on exercises, anatomical health, and preventive measures to encourage active participation in their recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will work with a diverse clientele, including athletes and individuals seeking to regain functional mobility following trauma or surgery. Your expertise will empower patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy and soft tissue mobilization techniques.
• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills appropriate for a Direct Access setting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with specialized modalities and therapeutic equipment.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems for effective patient documentation.
• Previous involvement in mentoring or training less experienced staff is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, inclusive of a performance-based bonus program.
