Realign Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our esteemed outpatient rehabilitation team located in Woodbridge, New Jersey. Work Environment

The position is based in our Woodbridge rehabilitation facility, where you will be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering seamless patient care. The work schedule is weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a work-life balance that promotes well-being for both staff and patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments to evaluate the physical capabilities and limitations of each patient.
• Develop personalized and goal-oriented treatment plans that cater to the individual needs of patients.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and clinical expertise to implement appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor patient progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans and techniques based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
• Collaborate effectively with a diverse clinical team to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care management for each patient.
• Document patient interactions and treatment progress meticulously using our electronic medical records system.
• Educate patients on exercise regimens, injury prevention techniques, and lifestyle modifications necessary for recovery and long-term health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients encompass a wide range of demographics, including those recovering from surgical procedures, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and postural issues. By leveraging our multidisciplinary approach, you will have the opportunity to address complex cases and help patients achieve significant improvements in their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, including but not limited to manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team structure is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
