Your Responsibilities

* Seek out potential healthcare candidates using our tailored platform alongside your own network

* Initiate contact with prospects to introduce MLR opportunities and assess their interest

* Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for further evaluation

* Provide ongoing support to leads and sustain their engagement throughout the hiring process

* Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system

* Generate commission tied to the meetings you set, interviews conducted, and successful hires from your leads
