Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based therapy, both individually and in group settings, to patients facing a variety of mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on treating individuals, couples, and families experiencing a range of mental health issues, particularly among children and adolescents facing anxiety and related disorders. Your skills and experience will be essential in delivering high-quality, culturally sensitive mental health care tailored to the diverse needs of our client base.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution.

• A valid and unrestricted independent LPCC license in California.
\n
• Proficient in various evidence-based counseling approaches, particularly for children and adolescents.

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with an emphasis on interpersonal effectiveness.

• Cultural competence, demonstrating sensitivity and awareness of diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, with a proven track record of successful therapy outcomes.

• Experience utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Heartford Mental Health Solutions offers an attractive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a full suite of benefits:
