Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions via video conferencing platforms to facilitate mental health improvement.

• Encouraging clients to openly discuss their emotions and experiences, fostering deeper self-understanding and relationship insights.

• Acting as a client advocate, helping them define and achieve personalized treatment goals.

• Assessing clients' mental health conditions and creating individualized treatment plans using solution-focused methodologies drawn from your clinical expertise.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation within our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily working with a carefully screened client base composed of stable adults experiencing low acuity mental health challenges. Our clients are predominantly looking for support with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management. We match counselors with clients according to their specific areas of expertise and demographic preferences to ensure the best fit for therapeutic success.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current, unrestricted licensing in one of the following disciplines: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature to effectively engage with clients and facilitate healing.

• Proficiency in technology, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in teletherapy and those who have worked with diverse populations. Clinical experience in solution-based approaches or evidence-based therapies is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role is competitive, with a salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, depending on your full-time hours worked. In addition to a robust base salary, we offer:
